How would your life be different if you didn’t turn to food and fitness to fix all your problems?

You step on the scale each morning and allow that number to set your confidence level for the day. Most days are ruined by that number, to be honest.

You use exercise solely to manipulate your body or numb out feelings of sadness and inadequacy. You often use exercise as penance for your binges and will even skip out on your social life so you don’t have to miss a workout. 

You believe that you’ll feel more worthy, sexy, successful and loved when you get skinny, reach your “goal body” or lose x pounds. But even when you reach said “goal body” or lose x pounds, you never feel enough.


You just wish that you could feel normal around food and finally love your body.

You wonder why you can’t find that missing piece of the puzzle that will give you freedom from your struggles with food, fitness, and your body.

Right now, food freedom and body love probably seem impossible.
